We understand that not every file can be uploaded freely. Company regulations or confidentiality concerns may prevent you from using an online service. That's why we've developed a desktop application for rotating scanned PDFs offline, exclusively available to ConvertTools users.

To utilize this feature, open your PDF with our desktop app. Hover over the thumbnail version of a page, and click on the circular arrow to rotate it. This process is similar to using the online version of our Rotate PDF tool.

If you wish to rotate all pages simultaneously, navigate to the "Pages view," select all pages, and rotate them using the arrows provided.
